Each system is delivered with a complete set of test results showing the exact performance of the system. The system is warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year. In addition, we provide a full range of support services, including installation, training, interfacing to the customer’s computer network, etc. However, if you ever do need service, we can usually dispatch one of our qualified service technicians within two hours of your call. Service personnel are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from our facility in Italy or through our partners: EMI-Beijing in Asia and Global Gauge Corp. in Dayton, Ohio. Global Gauge offers full service and maintenance agreements to perform all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on your gauges. The program includes periodic total system checkout, replacement of consumables such as filters and checkout of critical components such as detectors, magazines, and generators.

ITA offers service worldwide for maintenance, improvements substitution, revamping, installations of all equipments produced in the past from the acquired companies:
